Does the Keto diet really work? Is it good for beginners? I bet if you’re reading this article you’ve been trying to lose weight and keep it off for a long time. Every article you read probably has some gimmick like:

“Oh if you eat from a red plate you’ll naturally eat less”

“Take these magic pills and lose weight”

“Try this exercise trick and lose 100lbs in 1 week”

The truth is you have the power to lose weight and keep it off. You just have to utilize it!

What if I told you there is a way to lose weight with no magic pills or potions, no need to kill yourself at the gym, or starve yourself!

The ‘secret’ as it were to losing weight is to stop reading all the articles and get off youtube and actually do something! If you’re serious about losing weight then its time to make a change.

The Ketogenic Diet (Keto Diet) is the best way for many people to lose weight. I used it and lost 100lbs in 6 months myself. It was originally invented for kids with epilepsy so it should be of no surprise that those on keto report great cognitive clarity.  That being said it’s not for everyone. If you have kidney problems for example then you might be better off trying something else.
